Project Manager – Architectural Stone Fabrication & Installation

Location: Indiantown, FL (Miami-based candidates welcome)

Salary/Perks: $100,000–$115,000 base + full benefits, PTO & paid holidays

We're a thriving, long-established architectural stone subcontractor with a steady pipeline of major commercial projects — and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value stone fabrication and installation projects from design through completion, working alongside a skilled production and installation team on some of the region's most impressive builds.

What You'll Do

• Review architectural plans and specifications, then create detailed shop, fabrication, and CNC-ready drawings for custom stone products.
• Serve as the technical hub between design, production, fabrication, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage drawing revisions driven by RFIs, submittals, and field updates — resolving conflicts to keep every drawing accurate and fabrication-ready.
• Provide technical support to fabrication teams and robotic manufacturing processes.

The Role

• Projects: $1M–$20M in scope
• Workload: 3–5 concurrent projects
• Travel: Local, within a 120-mile radius — minimal overnight travel, with accommodations provided when needed

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction, ideally in stone, facade, precast concrete, millwork, or architectural detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit (required), plus experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, and IBM AS/400.
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings, blueprints, and specs, with sharp attention to detail.
