We are seeking Process Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team where you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently while developing valuable technical skills in injection and blow molding operations.

🚀 Position Overview

As a Process Technician, you will operate, troubleshoot, and optimize molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work with a variety of advanced molding technologies, ensuring machines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

💰 Salary & Compensation

• $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
• Performance-based company bonus program

💼 What You'll Do:

• Operate and oversee multiple molding machines
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments
• Complete mold changeovers and document daily machine checks
• Troubleshoot injection and blow molding equipment
• Monitor production performance and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with advanced molding technologies, including:
• Injection Molding, Blow Molding and Injection Stretch Blow Molding
• Auxiliary processing equipment

📅 Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend built into the rotation

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow process sheets and work instructions
• Strong attendance and reliability record
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
• Interest in building a long-term technical career
• Manufacturing, military, trade school, or hands-on technical experience preferred
