Lead Superintendent / Project Manager – Multifamily & Commercial Renovations

$110,000–$120,000 Base + Bonus (Historically Up to $60,000/Year)
Are you a hands-on Superintendent who enjoys leading crews, managing occupied properties, and building strong client relationships?
We're partnering with a rapidly growing commercial painting and reconstruction contractor with more than 50 years of success throughout Southern California. This organization specializes in multifamily communities, HOA properties, apartment complexes, condominiums, and commercial restoration projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead multiple commercial renovation and reconstruction projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Manage field operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.
- Oversee project budgets, labor utilization, job costing, and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Drive exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Manage occupied-property projects across multifamily, condominium, HOA, and commercial environments.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Superintendent, Project Manager, or Construction Management experience with with multifamily, commercial renovations, reconstruction, restoration, hospitality, or occupied-property projects.
- Proven experience leading field crews and managing multiple active projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, job costing, and project financials.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience with HOA, apartment, condominium, waterproofing, exterior restoration, or painting projects is highly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000–$120,000 base salary
- Performance bonuses up to $60,000 annually
