What You'll Do

• Investigate customer-reported product and quality issues
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers, operations, engineering, and quality teams
• Track and manage quality-related tickets and escalations
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve concerns
• Conduct product inspections and troubleshoot issues
• Assist with basic product repairs and evaluations when needed
• Communicate solutions clearly through email, phone, and in-person discussions
• Help identify trends and recommend process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, or Product Support
• Experience working with physical products preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to investigate issues and think critically
• Comfortable in both an office and hands-on environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Microsoft Office proficiency
