$130,000 Base Salary
Additional Compensation:
- $175/day Per Diem
- Company vehicle or $1,200/month truck allowance

We're partnering with an established industrial construction contractor seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a large-scale, mission-critical power generation/data center project in Abilene, TX. This is an opportunity to work on a billion-dollar construction program where you'll play a critical role in keeping one of the country's largest infrastructure projects on schedule.
This is a 100% onsite position working alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, field leadership, contractors, and the client in a fast-paced construction environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress, milestones, critical path activities, and schedule performance
- Coordinate daily with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and constraints while developing recovery plans
- Analyze construction sequencing and dependencies across multiple work areas
- Produce schedule reports and communicate project status to leadership and clients
- Ensure schedules remain accurate through frequent field updates and progress tracking
- Serve as the project's scheduling expert, helping keep complex construction activities aligned from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience
- Advanced experience with Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Experience on large industrial, power generation, oil & gas, renewable energy, EPC, mission-critical, or data center construction projects
- Ability to work closely with field operations, project management, and clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
