Our client is a specialized manufacturer serving the aerospace & defense, energy, lighting, and industrial sectors, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their growing team in Monroeville, PA.

This is not your typical sales role. There are no quotas, no cold calling, and no pressure to bring in new business. Instead, you'll support a portfolio of long-standing customer accounts, work closely with engineering and operations, and help guide projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted resource for customers throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Coordinate orders, timelines, and project details from initial request through delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding production updates, pricing, and shipment status.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Review specifications, measurements, and technical information to support custom solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information in HubSpot and internal ERP systems.
  • Assist in resolving customer questions and ensuring an exceptional overall experience.

Qualifications:

  • Background in customer service, sales support, account coordination, inside sales, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable learning technical products and interacting with engineering teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000–$70,000 base salary (DOE)
  • Discretionary performance bonus opportunities

  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times (7 AM or 8 AM)
