About the Role

We're looking for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 12 small commercial buildings, each leased to a single government tenant. This is a relationship-driven role focused on keeping tenants satisfied, buildings running smoothly, and vendors accountable — not a financial analysis or capital projects position.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 12 small commercial buildings, one tenant per building
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the building and the tenant relationship
• Coordinate with facilities teams and vendors (HVAC, roofing, and other trades) to keep buildings operating smoothly
• Build and maintain effective vendor relationships remotely — primarily over phone and Microsoft Teams
• Ensure vendors are responsive, accountable, and meeting service expectations
• Act as the steady, dependable presence tenants can count on

This is a straightforward, people-first PM role: keep the tenant happy, keep the buildings running, keep the vendors accountable.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of commercial property management experience (any background in commercial PM is welcome)
• A natural relationship builder — comfortable holding real conversations with tenants and vendors, including remotely
• A polished, professional presence — you represent the company in front of government tenants, and presentation matters
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and vendor relationships at once
• Comfortable coordinating primarily by phone and Teams rather than in person with vendors
