Our client, a well-established manufacturer serving the aerospace & defense, energy, lighting, and industrial markets, is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their close-knit team in Pittsburgh, PA.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working directly with customers. You'll inherit a small portfolio of established accounts and receive extensive training while partnering with engineering and operations teams to deliver highly customized products to customers across the country.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Manage orders and projects from inquiry through production and delivery.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and provide exceptional support.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Review customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, blanket orders, and timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain account activity within HubSpot CRM and ERP systems.
  • Identify opportunities to support business growth over time.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, client success, technical sales, or manufacturing support.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in learning technical products and manufacturing processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000-$70,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • PPO and EPO medical plans, plus dental and vision coverage
