Project Manager - Underground Utilities / Heavy Civil Construction

We're partnering with a well-established contractor specializing in heavy civil and underground utility construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on environment with strong long-term career growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple underground utility construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Track production, costs, quality, safety, and project performance.
- Coordinate with customers, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Support estimating and operations during bidding and project planning.
- Participate in customer meetings and occasional jobsite visits.
- Work closely with executive leadership to help drive successful project execution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction.
- Experience managing underground utility, open trench, or HDD projects.
- Strong budgeting and cost control experience.
- Ability to analyze project data and identify trends.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project costing software is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $135,000+ depending on experience.
