Manufacturing Engineer – Entry Level | Manufacturing / Metal Fabrication

Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (four-year) in an engineering discipline required
• Comfortable spending the majority of your time on the production floor, not at a desk
• Strong troubleshooting instincts — able to analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective action independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; exposure to Dynamics or similar ERP systems a plus
• Preferred (not required): experience or coursework in metal fabrication, welded assemblies, CAD software, fixture/tooling design, Lean/Six Sigma, or root cause analysis
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
