Business Development Representative | Luxury Residential Design & Construction

We're partnering with a rapidly growing Manhattan-based company that specializes in luxury residential, historic, and landmark restoration projects throughout New York City. They're looking for a relationship-driven professional to help grow their presence by working closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, owner representatives, and homeowners

What You'll Do:

  • Build and develop relationships throughout the architecture, design, and construction community
  • Meet with architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners to understand project goals and recommend customized solutions
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive outreach
  • Manage incoming project opportunities while continuing to grow your own pipeline
  • Visit job sites throughout the five boroughs and stay engaged throughout the sales process
  • Partner with internal estimating and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience from first meeting through project handoff

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Experience in business development within interior design, architecture, architectural products, building products, commercial furniture, millwork, construction, kitchen & bath, or a related industry
  • A genuine passion for building relationships and working with people
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • An interest in business development, client engagement, and consultative sales
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop opportunities
  • Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, developers, or homeowners is highly preferred
