Junior Estimator | Mechanical Insulation & HVAC

A growing commercial contractor in the mechanical insulation and HVAC industry is looking for a Junior Estimator who’s ready to learn, get hands-on, and build a real career in a niche, high-demand industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Dive into blueprints and figure out how complex systems fit together
• Run takeoffs and help build real project estimates
• Support bids for hospitals, data centers, and large commercial buildings
• Learn how HVAC and insulation systems are designed, priced, and installed
• Work directly with experienced estimators who are invested in teaching

Experience:

• You’ve been around HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction
• You’re detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right on the first try
• You want a career path with direction

Compensation and Benefits:

• $22–$30/hour + bonuses (and overtime opportunities)
