Lead Superintendent | Orange County, CA to Tijuana Border

$110,000–$120,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $60,000/Year)

We're looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent to join a growing commercial painting and reconstruction contractor specializing in multifamily, HOA, and commercial restoration projects throughout Orange County down to the Tijuana border.

This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects from kickoff through closeout while overseeing field operations, managing budgets, leading crews, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple commercial painting and reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, crews, scheduling, and quality control
• Manage project budgets, job costing, labor, and profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project
• Coordinate project schedules to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Drive customer satisfaction while maintaining high-quality workmanship

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction management experience
• Strong leadership experience managing field crews and multiple projects
• Experience with budgeting, job costing, scheduling, and project financials
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience in commercial painting, reconstruction, restoration, multifamily, or HOA projects is highly preferred

Position Breakdown:

• 60% Field Superintendent
• 30% Project Management
• 10% Client Relations

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000–$120,000 base + performance bonus up to $60,000 annually
