Lead Superintendent / Project Manager

📍 San Diego, CA | 💰 $110K–$130K Base + Bonus

A growing Southern California commercial construction and reconstruction contractor is seeking a hands-on Lead Superintendent / Project Manager to lead operations throughout San Diego County. This role combines field leadership, project management, client relations, and financial accountability.

What You'll Do:

• Manage 5–10 active commercial, multifamily, HOA, and reconstruction projects
• Lead crews, schedules, quality, and safety
• Own budgets, job costing, profitability, and change orders
• Build strong relationships with clients, property managers, and HOA boards
• Drive operational excellence and regional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience
• Superintendent, PM, Construction Manager, or Operations Manager background
• Strong field operations, crew management, and financial acumen
• Experience with multifamily, HOA, restoration, reconstruction, or occupied-property projects preferred
