Compensation: • Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 • Uncapped Commission Structure • Typical First-Year Commission Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000+ • Total On-Target Earnings: $130,000 - $155,000+

Requirements: • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets • Strong prospecting and business development skills • Experience managing client relationships and sales cycles • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Self-motivated, organized, and highly accountable • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

Key Responsibilities: • Drive new business development across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania • Prospect, cold call, network, and generate qualified opportunities • Conduct facility walkthroughs and client assessments • Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business leaders • Develop customized proposals and service solutions • Negotiate contracts and close new business • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement • Attend networking events, trade associations, and industry functions • Track activity and pipeline within CRM • Mentor and support two sales team members • Identify market trends and uncover new growth opportunities
