What You'll Be Doing
This is NOT a sales role.
Once new business is secured, the account is handed off to you, allowing you to do what you do best—build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 30-40 commercial accounts, becoming the trusted advisor your clients rely on every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a book of commercial insurance clients
- Building long-term relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
- Reviewing renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverages
- Processing certificates of insurance and policy updates
- Partnering with producers, underwriters, and carriers
- Preparing renewal proposals
- Answering client questions and providing outstanding service
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships
- Keeping accurate documentation and account records
No cold calling.

We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Holds an Active Property & Casualty License
- Has experience servicing mid-market or large commercial accounts
- Construction insurance experience is highly preferred
- Is polished, professional, and confident communicating with clients
- Loves building relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Has grit, tenacity, and knows how to solve problems independently
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
