Service Technician (Junior & Senior) – Commercial Aquatic Systems

💰 Compensation: Up to $93,600/year ($25–$45/hour DOE) + Performance Bonus

📍 Location: Regional Travel – North Carolina, South Carolina & Virginia

✈️ Travel Requirements:

• Heavy regional travel throughout NC, SC & VA
• Typically 3–4 overnight stays per week (Monday–Friday)
• Home most weekends
• Company vehicle, fuel card, hotels, and weekly per diem provided

Whether you're an experienced commercial pool technician or have a strong mechanical background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial maintenance, or equipment repair, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company specializing in commercial aquatic systems.

Our client provides installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial and government facilities throughout the Southeast and is looking to add both Junior and Senior Service Technicians to their team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial pool equipment and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Install and service pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feed systems, and related equipment
• Travel to commercial and government facilities throughout NC, SC & VA
• Provide outstanding customer service while working independently
• Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers and management

Qualifications

Required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing mechanical equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast
• Ability to work independently in a hands-on field environment

Preferred

• Commercial swimming pool service experience
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or similar equipment
