💲 $110,000–$135,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential

We're seeking an Industrial Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of industrial and office properties throughout the Torrance area. What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 14 commercial properties totaling 300,000 square feet with 200+ tenants, primarily multi-tenant industrial parks with some office space.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring exceptional tenant satisfaction and efficient building performance.
- Manage tenant communications, responding to inquiries and coordinating resolutions quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and service providers while ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review lease documentation, including renewals, extensions, release forms, and other property-related agreements.
- Support lease negotiations by gathering documentation and working closely with ownership.
- Maintain accurate property records and manage a high volume of contracts, files, and compliance documentation.
- Welcome and assist tenants, clients, and prospective tenants visiting the office.
- Participate in a shared daytime phone rotation with other team members.
- Travel locally to properties throughout Torrance and the surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of commercial property management experience
- Current Property Manager experience overseeing commercial real estate portfolios
- Experience managing industrial, office, or retail properties (industrial strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial leases, tenant relations, vendor management, and property operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of documentation and competing priorities
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to lead with professionalism
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Yardi experience is required
