We're partnering with an established industrial manufacturing company that's investing heavily in new product development, automation, and next-generation machine technology. This is a highly visible engineering role where you'll have the opportunity to design innovative equipment from the ground up while working directly with executive leadership

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of new industrial machinery and automated equipment
• Own R&D projects from concept through design, prototype, testing, and implementation
• Create detailed machine designs using SolidWorks
• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate designs and improve performance
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and engineering timelines
• Oversee prototype assembly, testing, and continuous design improvement
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable
• Research emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into future products
• Support custom engineering solutions for customer applications
• Provide regular project updates to leadership while managing multiple engineering initiatives simultaneously

What We're Looking

• For5+ years of machine design, SolidWorks and R&D or new product development experience
• Strong experience performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology (Master's is a plus)
• Experience designing industrial machinery, automation equipment, or custom mechanical systems
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000-$115,000 base salary
