Senior Recruiter – Construction & Manufacturing (100% Remote)

We're a growing staffing and recruiting firm backed by an established outsourced accounting organization. We partner with organizations across diverse industries, providing specialized recruiting solutions for Construction, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Technical, and Industrial positions.
As our construction and manufacturing practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Construction Recruiter to help us meet increasing client demand. This is a recruiting-only position. You'll partner with an established Account Managers who generate the client relationships, allowing you to focus on what you do best—finding exceptional talent and delivering outstanding candidates.
What You'll Recruit
You'll support searches for technical construction and manufacturing professionals, including:
- Project Managers
- Project Coordinators
- Superintendents
- Estimators
- Field Engineers
- Construction Managers
- Manufacturing Leaders
- Operations Professionals
- Skilled Technical Talent
- Other technical and industrial positions
What You'll Do
- Source and identify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques
- Write and post compelling job advertisements
- Screen and interview candidates
- Submit qualified candidates to clients
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment activities
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from first conversation through placement
- Build long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation throughout the recruiting lifecycle
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within a staffing agency OR serving as an in-house recruiter for a construction company
- Proven experience recruiting construction and/or manufacturing professionals
- Experience recruiting positions such as Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Superintendents, Estimators, Engineers, Field Operations, or similar technical roles
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
