Our client is experiencing explosive growth, scaling from $45M to more than $100M in annual revenue, with an IPO targeted within the next six months. They have built a strong operational finance and accounting team and are now seeking an accomplished, capital markets-focused CFO to partner directly with the CEO and lead the company through its next transformational milestone.

What You'll Lead
- Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy as a key member of the executive leadership team.
- Lead all aspects of IPO readiness and execution, partnering with legal, accounting, banking, and investor relations advisors.
- Serve as the primary financial leader for the Board of Directors, investors, lenders, and, ultimately, the public markets.
- Drive capital markets strategy, debt and equity financing, fundraising initiatives, and investor relations.
- Oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash management, and long-term financial planning.
- Partner with an established Controller and accounting team to ensure best-in-class financial operations and governance.
- Lead financial due diligence, M&A evaluations, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Build scalable financial infrastructure to support the company's next phase of rapid expansion while maintaining strong compliance and risk management.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including previous CFO roles
- A proven track record leading a company through a successful IPO - REQUIRED.
- Deep expertise in capital markets, investor relations, fundraising, and corporate finance.
- Experience leading debt and equity transactions, M&A activity, and strategic financial planning.
- Success scaling high-growth, private equity-backed, or growth-stage businesses with revenues ranging from approximately $50M-$500M+.
- CPG experience is strongly preferred, ideally within consumer products, sports nutrition, food & beverage, or consumer health.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence boards, investors, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Less than 10% domestic travel, primarily for Board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic leadership events.
