Our client, a rapidly growing financial technology (FinTech) company, is seeking motivated Entry-Level Support Associates to join their Scottsdale team. About the Role
As a Business Support Associate, you'll serve as a key point of contact for business clients, helping resolve questions, support day-to-day account needs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll develop professional communication, business operations, and problem-solving skills while working alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients via phone and email
- Assist clients with account questions and operational support
- Research and resolve issues while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client needs
- Develop expertise in company products, services, and business processes
- Build strong communication, critical thinking, and customer relationship skills
Compensation & Schedule
- $17-$18/hour
- Monday-Friday
- Flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
- Year-end performance bonus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent customer service or professional experience
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
