Robotic Maintenance Technician (2nd shift MON-THURS) in Webster, NY

Our client is seeking a Robotic Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated precision manufacturing operation serving industries including medical, automotive, telecommunications, transportation, and more. What You'll Do
- Trained on how to Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Learn to Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors
- Install, program, and repair robot controllers, conveyors, and end-of-arm tooling
- Read blueprints, machine manuals, and technical documentation
- Replace defective motors, controllers, encoders, sensors, and circuit boards
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory of replacement components
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations when needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals
- Experience using hand and power tools along with mechanical testing equipment
- Willingness to learn robotic systems and automation technology
- Flexibility to support emergency maintenance needs
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 2:30 PM–1:00 AM
- Four 10-hour shifts / 3 day weekend!

- up to $34/hour based on experience PLUS $1.50/hour shift differential
