About the Company
A well-established commercial and industrial cleaning company is hiring a skilled Estimator/Sales Manager to drive recurring revenue growth across Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
About the Role
Prospect and generate new B2B business opportunities throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and close recurring commercial service contracts
- Conduct onsite walkthroughs, facility assessments, and client consultations
- Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, operations executives, healthcare environments, and commercial decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed agreement
- Develop customized proposals, scopes of work, and service solutions
- Conduct presentations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Manage and qualify inbound leads
- Mentor and support two junior sales team members
- Attend networking events, trade associations, client lunches, and industry functions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention
Qualifications
- Coming directly from a commercial cleaning sales background required
- 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience required
- Demonstrated success hitting measurable revenue goals and production metrics
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Comfortable with cold outreach, field prospecting, and networking-based sales
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Excel
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or related B2B service industry experience
- Existing relationships within facilities management, property management, healthcare, or commercial real estate
- Experience selling recurring service contracts
- Leadership or team mentoring experience

Pay range and compensation package
- Pay Rate: $85-90k/yr (negotiable) Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Typical Year 1 Earnings: $140,000–$155,000 + $250/month car allowance
- Uncapped commission structure
- Typical commission earnings range from $60K–$80K+ on top of base
