📍 Watertown, NY | Onsite → Hybrid

💰 $90K–$120K + Bonus

Join a growing commercial/general contractor delivering federal, state, and commercial projects ranging from $100K–$7M. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own bids, influence strategy, and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates (labor, material, equipment)
• Lead bids for design-build & plan/spec projects
• Scope, solicit, and level subcontractor pricing
• Collaborate with PMs & leadership during pre-con
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years estimating experience (commercial and/or government)
• Design-build experience required
• Strong knowledge of all construction divisions
• Ability to work independently & own the full estimating process
• Experience reading plans/specs & writing scopes
