Day-to-Day Responsibil
- ities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and operational eff - iciency.Troubleshoot production issues on the manufacturing floor and identify practical solutions to minimize downtime and improve thr
- oughput.Analyze existing manufacturing methods and recommend process improvements to optimize workflow, equipment utilization, and facility
- layout.Provide hands-on engineering support to production and maintenance teams, assisting with equipment setup, process optimization, and technical problem-
- solving.Perform in-process inspections to ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and quality st
- andards.Create, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process st
- andards.Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and operational exc
- ellence.Communicate effectively with internal departments, equipment vendors, and customers regarding manufacturing processes and technical
- issues.Support engineering projects while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary manufacturing methods and company info
- rmation.Spend the majority of time on the production floor working directly with manufacturing personnel rather than in a traditional office envi

Qual

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline required o - r experienceMinimum of 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience within a production environment. Or 4 years
