Position: Commercial Drywall Estimator and Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX (on site)

Experience Required: 2-3 years direct commercial drywall, tape, float, and paint estimating/PM experience

Salary: $100-120k/yr + Bonus + Benefits

Overview:

• Manage 10-15 jobs ranging from $120k to $650k within 300 miles of Austin
• Perform quantity takeoffs from blueprints and project drawings
• Spec review and scope documents
• Utilize Procore and Estimating Software
• Interior Tenant Finish Outs mostly with school systems, EMS facilities, and warehouse complexes
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Manage contracts
• Submit bids and proposals
• Manage project schedules and timelines
• Track awarded jobs and estimates

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Level 5 Interior estimating
• Vinyl wall coverings
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, job cost tracking, submittals and RFI management
