Digital Marketing Manager

Union City, CA | Onsite 5 Days/Week- with travel a few times a year for trade shows

$150,000-$170,000 Base + 10% Bonus

Join a booming, privately owned retail company in a highly visible role where you'll own digital marketing strategy, social media, customer acquisition, loyalty growth, and emerging retail media initiatives. This position offers direct exposure to leadership, strong growth potential, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategy across paid social, programmatic, retail media, and in-store digital channels
  • Manage campaigns through Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Analyze performance in GA4, identify insights, and optimize campaigns
  • Develop content strategies and promotional roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Oversee in-store digital advertising, signage, and online ordering promotions
  • Manage customer engagement, reviews, feedback, and brand sentiment
  • Partner with operations, merchandising, business development, technology, agency, and PR partners
  • Manage app content updates, support community giving initiatives, and contribute to brand storytelling
  • Create photo, video, and social content while visiting store locations
  • Drive growth of loyalty programs, app engagement, and subscription-based services
  • Present campaign performance, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Manage and mentor one direct report
  • Own a marketing budget of approximately $300K

What We're Looking For

  • 5 + years of digital marketing experience - including leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Retail marketing experience in convenience, fuel, QSR, or other fast-paced retail environments is REQUIRED
  • Hands-on expertise with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic advertising
  • Proven success driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a hands-on environment
  • Confident presenter who can engage leadership teams and external audiences
