Digital & Social Marketing Manager
Union City, CA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

A rapidly growing consumer retail organization that's looking for a Digital & Social Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy across multiple consumer brands and retail locations.
This is a highly visible role where you'll help shape the customer journey, drive measurable business growth, and partner directly with executive leadership. We're looking for someone who enjoys both building strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies
- Own paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and marketing analytics
- Drive customer acquisition, loyalty, engagement, and revenue growth
- Create content strategies and campaign roadmaps
- Oversee digital promotions, online customer engagement, and social media
- Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and executive leadership
- Present marketing insights, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations
- Mentor a junior marketing team member while helping build and scale the digital marketing function
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 5-8+ years of digital marketing experience (Director-level candidates also encouraged to apply)
- Strong background in retail, consumer products, convenience, restaurant/QSR, hospitality, grocery, or another fast-paced B2C environment
- Hands-on experience with:
- GA4
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Paid Social
- Programmatic Advertising
- Experience driving customer acquisition, loyalty, and measurable business growth
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
