Recruiting Coordinator (Offshore) – Manufacturing & Technical Recruiting
About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a growing U.S.-based organization seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys candidate interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping the hiring process organized and moving efficiently.
This is not a full-cycle recruiting role. Instead, you'll play a critical role in the front end of the hiring process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and ensuring only qualified candidates advance through the hiring pipeline.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.) - REQUIRED
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Review resumes and determine whether candidates meet required experience and skill requirements.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple openings.
- Manage interview calendars and coordinate scheduling logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support a recruiting team managing approximately 40 active job openings.
- Ensure every candidate receives a positive and professional hiring experience.
- Follow established recruiting processes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

- Engineers
- Project Coordinators
- Project Managers
- Inspectors
- Quality Control Managers
- Quality Assurance Professionals
- Manufacturing Technicians
- Industrial & Operations Professionals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant, or recruiting support experience.
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial, or technical hiring is required.
- Experience conducting candidate phone screens and evaluating qualifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools.

Compensation
- $1,950 USD per month
