About the Role

Our client is expanding behavioral health organization serving children and families throughout Louisiana. With multiple established clinics and continued growth across the state, they're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to play a key role in strengthening and expanding services within an established pediatric ABA clinic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
- Maintain a clinical caseload while ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver and parent training to support skill generalization
- Complete clinical documentation, treatment updates, and progress reporting
- Collaborate closely with Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy teams
- Utilize CentralReach for clinical documentation and case management
- Support clinic growth, utilization management, and operational excellence
- Contribute to staff development, clinical quality initiatives, and future program expansion
- Participate in building a strong clinic culture focused on exceptional patient care and team support
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (REQUIRED)
- Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure
- Experience working with pediatric populations, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong treatment planning, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Center-based ABA experience
- Experience helping grow, stabilize, or expand a clinic or program
- Leadership, mentoring, or program development experience
- Familiarity with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management software
Pay range and compensation package
Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually
Full-time, direct hire opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day schedule. Onsite clinical environment, Relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates
