Electrical Project Manager/Estimator

A growing commercial electrical contractor in Pacific, Washington is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to help lead projects from bid through completion. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the numbers and the field - and enjoys managing relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and manage electrical estimates and bids
• Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and field crews
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and timelines

Skills:

• 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience
• Experience estimating and managing projects around $1M–$10M
• Commercial electrical or light industrial experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Perks:

• $110,000 - $155,000 base salary
• $500/month vehicle allowance + gas card
