Our team supports highly automated production operations serving critical healthcare, consumer, and industrial markets. We're seeking hands-on Maintenance Technicians who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, working closely with operators and engineers, and continuously developing new technical skills.

Whether you're a recent trade school graduate, military veteran, industrial maintenance technician, or an experienced manufacturing professional, we're looking for individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production and auxiliary manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related issues
  • Maintain injection molding, blow molding, and related support equipment
  • Support equipment setup, changeovers, and emergency repairs when needed
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair grinders, conveyors, dryers, hopper loaders, vacuum systems, chillers, cooling towers, oil systems, and related equipment
  • Assist with facility projects involving piping, electrical work, and light rigging
  • Complete and document maintenance activities using CMMS software
  • Update preventative maintenance records and support ISO-compliant maintenance processes
  • Collaborate closely with operators, engineers, production teams, and fellow technicians
  • Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on preventative maintenance and operational excellence

Compensation

  • $30.00 - $40.00/hour based on experience
  • Annual Profit Sharing Program
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Direct-hire, full-time position

Schedule

Day Shift

  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 3-2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Night Shift

  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • 10% Differential for Night Shift
  • 3-2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Training Program:

  • Initial onboarding and training completed on a Monday-Friday schedule
  • Limited overtime during training
  • Transition to 12-hour shift schedule after successful completion of training and demonstrated independence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
  • Trade school, vocational training, military technical training, or related experience
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs
  • Exposure to plastics manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting injection molding, blow molding, or automated production equipment
  • Hydraulic troubleshooting experience
  • Pneumatic troubleshooting experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Mechanical repair experience
  • CMMS experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
  • Ability to assist with facility maintenance projects including piping, electrical, and light rigging work
