A well-established, employee-owned general contractor with a long-standing reputation for excellence is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to build and lead their HR function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true “blank slate” role—owning and shaping HR strategy, processes, and infrastructure for a tight-knit, highly tenured team of 140 employees

This is a one-person HR department (with payroll support) responsible for designing, implementing, and owning all HR functions across the busine

What They’re Looking
- For:5+ years of HR experience, ideally in construction or a similar field environ
- mentExperience building or revamping HR processes from scratch (or being the first HR h
