About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a highly visible role within a growing pediatric behavioral health organization that is expanding across Louisiana. You'll join a mission-driven team focused on helping children with autism and developmental disabilities build meaningful life skills through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

The Day to Day:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide caregiver training and family education
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and make data-driven clinical recommendations
  • Complete clinical documentation, treatment reports, and progress notes
  • Maintain quality assurance and ethical standards of care
  • Collaborate closely with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy teams
  • Manage a clinical caseload while ensuring strong treatment outcomes
  • Support clinic growth, operational stability, and future program development
  • Utilize CentralReach for clinical documentation and case management
  • Contribute ideas that improve clinical quality, team performance, and patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential OR ability to obtain Louisiana licensure quickly
  • Experience providing ABA services to pediatric populations
  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Strong treatment planning, assessment, and behavior intervention skills
  • Strong clinical documentation and report-writing abilities
  • Excellent communication and family collaboration skills
  • Growth-oriented mindset with interest in future leadership opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a growing clinic environment that values initiative and accountability

Pay range and compensation package

Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Stable Monday-Friday schedule
