• $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience | Direct Hire
• Built-in overtime opportunities with annual earnings typically ranging from $65,500 - $87,000+

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production performance. This is a highly hands-on role that offers extensive training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize equipment downtime
• Maintain and repair injection molding, blow molding, and related manufacturing machinery
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, military, or a related technical field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems
• Technical school, trade school, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
