What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer documentation
  • Lead customer communications and provide project updates
  • Collaborate with operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution
  • Resolve issues and identify solutions quickly and professionally
  • Track project milestones and maintain accurate records
  • Support business development and account growth initiatives
  • Assist with customer visits, meetings, and special projects

What We're Looking For:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, Client Services, Project Coordination, Customer Service, or a related role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
