What You'll Do

As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects stay on track while delivering a world-class client experience.

You'll partner closely with customers, operations, production, vendors, and R&D teams to bring products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships as a trusted partner
  • Lead customer meetings and provide project updates
  • Coordinate projects from kickoff through product launch
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple departments
  • Prepare quotes, cost sheets, and project documentation
  • Partner with Research & Development on new product initiatives
  • Coordinate samples, product testing, tastings, and launches
  • Proactively communicate challenges, delays, and solutions
  • Track project progress through internal systems
  • Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and vendor partners
  • Support trade shows, customer visits, and business development efforts
  • Help expand and manage a growing book of business

What We're Looking For:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Project Coordination, Business Development, Manufacturing Support, Distribution, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and navigating challenging conversations
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Bonus Points

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Health & wellness, supplements, food & beverage, consumer products, or CPG experience
  • Experience supporting sales or growing customer accounts
  • Passion for health, wellness, and innovative consumer products
