What You'll Do

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll support customer relationships while learning the ins and outs of project coordination, account management, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and requests
  • Support customer accounts and ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Coordinate projects and timelines across multiple departments
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, and customer documentation
  • Participate in customer meetings and project update calls
  • Work closely with operations, production, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward
  • Track project milestones and maintain accurate records
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Support special projects, trade shows, and business initiatives

  • Internship or professional experience in customer service, sales, account management, hospitality, retail, recruiting, marketing, or business operations
  • Interest in health, wellness, consumer products, or manufacturing
  • Experience working in team-oriented environments
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree
