This will serve a medium sized General Contractor specializing in Commercial Ground-Up Construction and Tenant Improvements.
If you are a smart, experienced PM that knows how a job SHOULD be run but just needs the trust to do it, this role could be for you! Our goal is to overcome obstacles and give you the resources and team support you need to run safe, efficient, productive, and profitable projects.
You’ll lead 3–5 jobs at a time, driving everything from pre-con through closeout, with direct impact on schedule, cost, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Own full project lifecycle (pre-con → closeout)
- Manage multiple TI + ground-up projects simultaneously
- Control budgets, pay apps, cost, and change orders
- Build schedules and drive on-time delivery
- Lead subcontractors and coordinate with field teams
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to project strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Experience with both TI and ground-up projects
- Proven financial ownership (budgets, pay apps, cost control)
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing control
- Background with small to mid-size GCs preferred
Pay range and compensation package
- Pay Rate: Approx. $150,000 + Mileage + Relocation Assistance
- Mileage reimbursement + travel coverage
- Relocation assistance (case-by-case)

- Primarily onsite + light regional travel
