Production Planning & Scheduling Manager

Love solving production puzzles and keeping manufacturing running on time?

We are looking for a hands-on Production Planning & Scheduling Manager to drive production schedules, manage priorities, and keep the shop operating efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage daily & weekly production schedules
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering, and sales
• Monitor capacity, bottlenecks, backlog, and on-time delivery
• Adjust schedules quickly to meet customer demands
• Drive production flow and keep operations moving

Shift:

• M–Thurs 6am–4:30pm, 4/10s
• Company runs 2 shifts
• OT available ~20 hrs/week
• Friday and Saturday OT voluntary

Skills:

• Manufacturing scheduling or production planning experience
• 5+ years of experience
• Very strong computer skills
• Works well in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• ERP/MRP system experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, machining, or job shop manufacturing preferred
