We're partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer in the health and wellness industry that is looking to add an Account Manager to its close-knit team.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the bridge between customers, operations, production, vendors, and R&D teams to ensure projects stay on track and clients stay informed.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships and serving as a primary point of contact
  • Coordinating projects from kickoff through product launch
  • Leading customer calls and providing project updates
  • Managing timelines, priorities, and project deliverables
  • Preparing quotes, cost sheets, and project documentation
  • Working closely with Research & Development on new product initiatives
  • Coordinating product samples, tastings, and rollout activities
  • Communicating delays, challenges, and solutions proactively
  • Tracking project progress through internal systems
  • Collaborating with production, operations, and vendor partners
  • Supporting trade shows and occasional customer visits
  • Growing and managing a book of business over time

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Business Development, Project Coordination, Customer Service, Manufacturing Support, Distribution, or related fields
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working directly with customers
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Bonus Points For:

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Health & wellness, food, beverage, supplements, or consumer products experience
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and consumer products
