Account Manager

Leesburg, FL | Onsite (open to hybrid post training) | $60,000–$65,000 Base

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves keeping projects moving? Our client is seeking an Account Manager for manufacturing to join their growing team in Leesburg, FL.

This role sits at the center of customer relationships, product development, and operations. You'll work directly with customers while coordinating internally with R&D, production, vendors, and operations teams to ensure projects stay on track from concept through launch.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
  • Coordinate customer projects from kickoff through completion
  • Maintain timelines and proactively communicate project updates
  • Prepare quotes, cost sheets, and project documentation
  • Coordinate product samples, tastings, and rollout activities
  • Work closely with production, operations, and R&D teams
  • Track project progress through internal systems
  • Support trade shows and occasional customer visits

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of account management, business development or sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments
  • Experience with Oracle, ClickUp, Redzone, or similar systems is a plus
