Luxury Residential Construction | Windows, Doors & Building Products

Manhattan, NY (Onsite + Local Travel)

Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 + Uncapped Commission

1stYear 1 OTE: $140,000-$160,000+

Rapidly growing luxury construction and building products company is seeking a driven Sales Representative to help expand its presence throughout New York City. This organization specializes in custom window and door solutions for landmark, historic, and high-end residential properties, partnering with homeowners, architects, designers, owner representatives, and general contractors on projects ranging from $10K to $1M+.

This is an opportunity for a true hunter who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and owning the full sales process while working with a highly respected brand in a niche market.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the five boroughs of New York City
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship development
  • Qualify inbound opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Meet with homeowners, architects, designers, owner representatives, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and client consultations
  • Create project briefs and collaborate with internal estimating teams
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
  • Transition projects to the operations team after contract execution
  • Attend occasional manufacturer training trips throughout North America

What We're Looking For

  • Construction industry sales experience required
  • Experience selling windows, doors, millwork, building materials, specialty construction products, or related solutions strongly preferred
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven prospecting success
  • Ability to develop business from scratch while also managing inbound opportunities
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Consultative sales approach focused on relationship building rather than transactional selling
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Background

  • Building products or residential construction sales
  • Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, or homeowners
  • B2C and/or B2B sales experience
  • Experience navigating longer sales cycles and high-value projects

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000-$100,000 DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure

Realistic Year 1 OTE of $140,000-$160,000+
