REMOTE Sales Representative Opportunity

Our client is a well-established importer and distributor of cement and construction materials with more than two decades of success serving customers throughout the Eastern United States. The company specializes in sourcing, importing, warehousing, and distributing bulk construction materials to a diverse customer base ranging from large commercial organizations to individual buyers. Position Overview & Key Responsibilitie

  • sManage and grow an existing book of business while identifying and securing new customer opportunities throughout the assigned territory
  • .Develop relationships with contractors, distributors, ready-mix providers, construction material suppliers, and other industry customers
  • .Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, market research, and in-person customer visits
  • .Travel extensively throughout the Eastern United States to meet with prospective and existing customers
  • .Present product offerings, pricing, and distribution capabilities to potential clients
  • .Work closely with customers to understand material requirements and coordinate product availability and delivery solutions
  • .Maintain strong customer relationships to support retention, repeat business, and long-term growth
  • .Utilize CRM and internal systems to manage customer interactions, sales activities, pipeline development, and account information
  • .Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
  • .Collaborate with internal leadership and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and service expectations are exceeded

Qualifications & Requiremen

  • ts5–10 years of experience within the cement, concrete, construction materials, or related building materials industr
  • y.Proven senior-level sales experience with a track record of developing and growing customer relationship
  • s.Strong understanding of construction material supply chains, distribution networks, and customer purchasing processe
  • s.Experience selling to contractors, distributors, manufacturers, or other construction-related organization
  • s.Demonstrated ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship developmen
  • t.Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a remote and travel-intensive environmen
  • t.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skill
  • s.Willingness and ability to travel approximately four days per week throughout the territor
  • y.Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business softwar
  • e.Bachelor's degree is preferred but not require
