Industrial Electrician (100% Travel)

Location: Nationwide Travel (East of Mississippi Preferred)

Pay: up to $40/hr PLUS 10-20hrs of Overtime = ~$110k-$145k per year total comp!!

Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician who enjoys travel, overtime, and large-scale industrial projects? Join a growing team installing conveyor and warehouse automation systems for major distribution, logistics, and government facilities across the United States.

This is a true road-warrior position. You'll work on long-term projects ranging from several months to over a year, installing and wiring complex automation and material handling systems while earning strong overtime and travel benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Install and wire large-scale conveyor and warehouse automation systems
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
  • Install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit
  • Pull, route, label, and terminate control wiring
  • Install and wire motor control centers (MCCs) and power distribution systems (120V–480V)
  • Terminate and test motor circuits, grounding systems, and control wiring
  • Install low-voltage systems including Cat5/6, fiber optic, CCTV, and industrial networks
  • Troubleshoot electrical and control systems in the field
  • Follow NEC, OSHA, and Arc Flash safety requirements
  • Work closely with project managers and field leadership to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting industrial automation systems
  • Ability to execute projects from start to finish based on scope of work and specifications
  • Strong conduit installation experience (EMT, IMC, Rigid)
  • Experience with MCCs, motor controls, and industrial power distribution
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel 100% nationwide

Travel Schedule

  • One project at a time - Projects typically last several months to over a year
  • Nationwide travel - majority will be East side of US
  • Employees stay near the project site during the work week
  • Will only be home for PTO, major holidays and usually slower in December-January
