Location: Nationwide Travel (East of Mississippi Preferred)
Pay: Up to $32/hr PLUS 10–20 hours of overtime weekly = ~$90k–$120k+ per year total compensation!

Are you an experienced Millwright who enjoys travel, overtime, and working on large-scale industrial automation projects? Join a growing team installing conveyor systems, sortation equipment, robotics, and material handling systems for major distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and government facilities across the United States.
This is a true road-warrior position. You'll work on long-term projects ranging from several months to over a year, helping build and install complex conveyor and automation systems while earning strong overtime and travel benefits.
What You'll Do
- Install and assemble large-scale conveyor systems, sortation equipment, lifts, robotics, and industrial machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, mechanical layouts, and technical manuals
- Perform precision alignment and installation of industrial equipment
- Move, position, and secure machinery using forklifts, hoists, lifts, chain falls, and rigging equipment
- Install structural supports, frames, and related conveyor components
- Assist with machinery teardown, modification, relocation, and reassembly
- Use measuring tools and equipment to ensure accurate installation and alignment
- Organize and track machine components during installation projects
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and fellow tradespeople
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized job site
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of Industrial Millwright experience
- Hands-on experience with Industrial conveyor systems and material handling equipment
- Experience with sortation systems or automated distribution equipment
- Background in industrial machinery installation, assembly, and alignment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical layouts
- Experience using rigging equipment, lifts, hoists, and hand tools
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 100% nationwide
Travel Schedule
- One project at a time – projects typically last several months to over a year
- Nationwide travel – majority of work is on the East side of the U.S.
- Employees stay near the project site during the work week
- Typically only home for PTO, major holidays, and slower periods around December–January
- Work 50+ hours per week with frequent overtime opportunities
