Project Manager – Commercial Electrical Construction

This is an onsite position based in Morgan Hill area with projects throughout the Bay Area.

$150-160K (DOE)+Bonus

A well-established commercial electrical contractor in the Bay Area is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with field teams, clients, estimators, and leadership. The company focuses on long-term client relationships and high-quality execution across commercial construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

Projects include:

• Data centers
• Life sciences facilities
• Commercial tenant improvements
• Light industrial projects

Responsibilities

• Manage projects cradle-to-grave from kickoff through closeout
• Handle RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and project coordination
• Oversee multiple active projects and bids simultaneously
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Support estimating and takeoff efforts as needed
• Track budgets, schedules, and project progress
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Attend job sites regularly throughout the Bay Area

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within electrical construction
• Commercial electrical project experience required
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, closeout documentation, and field coordination
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Bidding and estimating experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-company environment
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
