About the Role:

A $300M, 150-person high-end residential general contracting firm with a prestigious portfolio spanning Manhattan, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Florida. Responsible for building some of the most exclusive residential projects in the country — and now looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with bid preparation
• Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Manage subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Analyze budget vs. actual cost variances
• Build and improve estimating templates and processes
• Attend architect, client, and project walkthroughs
• Identify scope gaps and cost exposures
• Support full preconstruction efforts
• Long-term, you'll have the opportunity to grow into estimating and preconstruction leadership — working alongside world-class architects, designers, and engineers on elite projects.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of estimating experience in residential construction (required)
• Strong takeoff skills and a proven track record of estimating accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam; Procore and PlanSwift a strong plus
• Read and mark up complex plans and specifications
• Leadership-minded with a long-term, loyalty-first mentality
• Luxury or high-end residential background is a significant advantage
• Hands-on field experience is valued heavily
• Software: Bluebeam · Excel · Procore · PlanSwift · Sage · Timberline

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $130,000–$160,000 | Up to $180,000 for the right experience
