Product Launch Manager

We are partnering with an innovative and growing manufacturer in the LED lighting and electronics space to identify a highly organized and technically minded Product Launch Manager to lead cross-functional product initiatives from concept through commercialization.

This role serves as the key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations — ensuring new products are launched successfully, timelines stay on track, and communication remains aligned across all teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, technically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage new product launches from development through go-to-market execution
• Serve as the primary bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations
• Drive project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability across departments
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements and launch schedules are aligned
• Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to support successful product rollouts and readiness
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies while proactively driving solutions
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Facilitate recurring project meetings and provide updates to leadership on progress and timelines
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product launch processes and operational execution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within the electronics, manufacturing, or LED lighting industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms preferred
• Local to the Niles, IL area and comfortable working onsite full-time
